I purchased a new Symmetry Wheelchair Lift about 10 months ago. It replaced my old lift that was a porch lift. I had nothing but problems with my porch lift for the last 10 years. I was constantly having to have it worked on. Since I have had my new lift I have had only one call and that was for service, not repair. The technician was very thorough in explaining how the lift works and how simple the lift is. Great Experience.
